1-on-1 Sessions :

In this space, we work together to identify and release the blocks that are keeping you from living your dream life. These sessions are designed to facilitate deep, long-lasting transformation. This container is ideal for those who struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxious attachment, and a tendency to over-intellectualize their emotions.

This offering is for those who are truly ready for change and committed to continuing the inner work beyond our sessions. My goal is for you to walk away from this work with a stronger sense of self-efficacy.

When appropriate, and upon request, I may incorporate guidance from tarot and astrology to support your journey.

27 Week Intensive Inner Child Healing Program :

This program is a deep dive into reconnecting with your inner child, designed to help you heal past wounds and reshape your personal narrative. Through a combination of guided practices and emotional processing, we will work to revisit and reframe past experiences, empowering you to rewrite your story from a place of self-compassion and strength.

You will learn how to reparent yourself with practical tools and resources, including guided hypnosis, meditations, and journal prompts. I will also share the methods that supported my own healing journey. Outside of our 1-on-1 sessions, you will have access to ongoing support through messaging for additional guidance and encouragement.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that helps release energetic blockages in the body. It can be performed in person or remotely, using sacred symbols and hand placements to clear stagnant energy and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Clients often leave a Reiki session feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply relaxed.

Reiki has been a powerful tool in my own healing journey, particularly in managing anxiety and releasing trauma stored in the body. During times of burnout, Reiki provided me with much-needed support in processing and letting go of heavy emotions. Through this practice, I am also able to gain insight into chakra blockages affecting my clients, allowing for a deeper understanding of their inner experiences.

I received my Level 3 Reiki Practitioner certification at Arati Healing Center in Koh Phangan, Thailand, in May 2024.

Using tarot and oracle decks, I provide intuitive readings to offer insight into any situation you seek clarity on. All readings are a practice in intuition, and any future predictions reflect potential timelines rather than fixed outcomes.

You will receive your reading in a written format, along with a short video explaining key themes in greater depth.

I do not read for others without their consent, but I can explore the energies influencing you and allow spirit to reveal what is meant to be known at this time.
